• Sharing according to § 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) KDG is required for the performance of a task that is in the church's interest or performed in the exercise of public authority transferred to Franz Sales Haus,
• Sharing according to § 6 Abs. 1 lit. g) KDG is required for the protection of the legitimate interests of the controller, and there is no reason to assume you have an overriding interest in the non-disclosure of your data.

a. Type and Extent of Data Processing

• Pursuant to § 17 KDG, you can request information on your personal data processed by us. You can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if not collected by us, the transfer to countries or international organizations, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on their details.
• Pursuant to § 18 KDG, you can request the immediate correction of incorrect or the completion of your personal data stored by us.
• Pursuant to § 19 KDG, you can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is required to exercise the right to free expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Pursuant to § 20 KDG, you can request the restriction of processing of your personal data, as long as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data and you refuse their deletion because you need them to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. The right as per § 18 KDG also applies if you have objected to processing as per § 23 KDG.
• Pursuant to § 22 KDG, you can request that your personal data that you have provided to us are received in a structured, standard, and machine-readable format or request their transmission to another responsible party.

§ 9 Right to Object
When processing your personal data based on legitimate interests as per § 6 Abs. 1 lit. g) KDG, you have the right, as per § 23 KDG, to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are reasons arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising.
